He has treated us over the years for different issues and we are very satisfied with him and all his staff. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Doctor Jacob Wengert treated me this week from his practice, and he was also very good! His brand-new office is very clean and nice!!!

Did a wonderful job on my rotator cuff surgery and rehabilitation. Also the easiest on pain when getting cortisone injections or removal of joint fluids.

Went to Dr. Penn for 6 months with a broken arm. I kept telling him something was wrong as I was still in a great deal of pain. Finally referred me to a specialist. He had the audacity to write on the referral "patient has not complained of discomfort!". If you to to this practice, see Dr. Sola or Dr. Scherer, they are excellent doctors!
