Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Staff was awesome!!! They were welcoming, informative and kept me updated with the progress of being seen by Dr Gupta. I was a same day “add-on”, but was still seen in a very timely manner. Dr Gupta was professional, knowledgeable, sweet and has a sense of humor that makes him “real”. He took his time to explain diagnostics and findings. My appointment was at the end of the day… I’m sure all were tired, but I did not feel as though my appt was rushed. I’ve been in healthcare for over 25 years and I can honestly say after meeting Dr Gupta for the first time… he’s one of the best!!!!

Dr Gupta is a very quick tempered Opthamologist. He doesn't like to awnser questions. He wasn't genuine, and lacks communication skills. He needs to work on treating patients equally. I am still in shock by his lack of manners. I never left a doctor's office feeling that bad in my life. It felt like I was being discriminated against. I hope he reads this and works on himself.

Over the years watched and experienced a professional at work , on time, precise and clear with explanations, is my pleasure to refer him to family and friends, this department at Glen Ellyn clinic is the best. Always a joy to visit them yearly. Overall a great experience every time, keep up the good work.

Anurag Gupta is a calm and very knowledgeable doctor. I trust him with my own eyes (cataracts and diabetic retinopathy. My entire family including elderly parents have been using him for years. Highly recommended!

He is not good at explaining the real truth especially when something doesn’t work the first time, it’s always “everything went perfectly”. He says everything straight forward but sounds like it’s straight out of a textbook. Does not provide any information on where to get a head rest for your bed if you get a surgery and have to be face down.

A great Dr. took me in immediately after 4 other Drs. couldn't see me, knowing I could have had a detached retina. Dr. was so approachable, explained everything, & immediately repaired my torn retina. One of the best Drs. I've ever had Thank you

Dr. Gupta is a very good doctor! After going through 3 different ophthalmologist I finally was placed with Dr. Gupta who specialized in the area that I had issue with. He was very attentive and persistent and did not give up on my condition. I am forever grateful for him and his practice because they were instrumental in restoring my eye sight.
