Dr. Smart was very thorough in explaining the outcome of my scratch test. He's extremely outgoing and friendly. I would go back to him and recommend him to others. He and his staff were very accommodating.

I regularly experience symptoms of environmental allergies. After an exhaustive round of skin testing, Dr. Smart explained that it appears I have no allergies. I inquired if there are any other tests to determine what might be causing these symptoms. He said no and offered no further explanation. I gained no value from this visit. Adding insult to injury, several weeks later I received a very large bill for all the skin testing. The costs and possible outcomes of the testing should have been disclosed prior to administering the tests.

I'm so picky about my doctors . . He is a brilliant doctor, which is rare, and a very, very kind man who is always available if I need him , He cares about you , He is incredibly thorough. I can't recommend him enough . I feel very grateful to have Dr.Smart as my specialist in US. as I know I am getting the best care ,he has sympathy , great sense of humor. treat you with highly respect, the way he treated me i got encouraged to work for improve my health , He listen to you, patient, humble.

Dr Smart has been amazing with my little girl. Through many attempts to treat her rather than finding the real issue, we stumbled across Dr Smart. From day one his goal was to uncover the problem and he has. My daughter cannot tolerate doctors after years of misdiagnosis and procedures, however, she lives Dr Smart

Dr. Smart is a great doctor! He is so personable, he takes time to explain diagnoses and treatment options so that we can choose the right ones. His office staff is helpful and pleasant.

This doctor and his practice are an ill-informed, unempathic patient factory (and HMO mill!). Particularly for Pediatric Allergy, please find another doctor! They are unaware of the latest advances and completely unintrested in talking to their patient as human beings. When I asked about an egg free flu shot for my food allergic daughter, the doctor's nurse called me back and said "doctor said there is no such thing in existence." Actually there is, and Children's Memorial Allergy was able to tell me it is used in Europe and possibly in trails in the US. This doctor doesn't order tests for kids that won't be handsomly reimbused by insurance. This practice is seriously the worst that medicine has to offer.
