I've been seeing Dr Kemker for a number of years now. I have always felt that he genuinely cares about my health (I suffer from Tinnitus and ear wax build-up). He takes the time to listen and I never feel like he is rushing me out of the office.

I saw Dr. Kemker for sinus surgery. I am a pilot for the military and have had issues with pain during flight. I had seen my primary care dr who did nothing but keep giving me meds for sinus infections repeatedly. My mother had sinus surgery at Smart Sinus in Schaumburg but had a horrible experience. Dr. Kemker was amazing! Spoke directly to me about my situation and explain everything thoroughly so I could understand what my sinus issue. I can fly at any altitude now without issues!!

short version: Dr. Kemker pushed an unnecessary surgery that only resulted in making my ailment worse than ever. I now have chronic pain every waking minute of every day. Life is miserable.

Again bad bedside manner. Saw him twice for clogged feeling in one ear. No diagnosis but was told to come back in 6 months. When I came back he really didn't seem to want to do anything but finally agreed to clean my ear. I said I had never had this done and could he explain what he was going to do. All he said was looking in my ear and never elaborated. Just felt he did not care to communicate and did not care about my problem.

I agree, I would not recommend him to anyone. He made me feel like I was an idiot and I was wasting his time when I came out from his office. Rude, horrible bedside manners and careless.
