My highest compliments to Insula and I couldn’t recommend Jordan more. She’s a real gem! Jordan is highly skilled and educated in this field. All of the staff are RN’s/aesthetics and not just spa techs. Jordan’s knowledge far exceeds any other I’ve ever experienced. Definitely the most pleasant aesthetic medspa I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere is so friendly and warm and inviting. This is a team like no other.

I love Insula so much and am grateful to have such a gem in Glen Ellyn. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel so welcome and at home. I’ve had multiple treatments with both Ashley and Jordan over the years, and know that I’m in the best hands with their team. I love that they offer an awesome membership option and they’ve truly transformed my skin!

For years my under eyes have bothered me and I’ve been so scared of filler. Went in and have consult with Ashley. She is the most amazing human ever.. right away she makes you feel comfortable and at home. She explains everything perfectly and answers any questions. Ashley and Val who performed my procedure were literally the best. If I could give more stars I would!!

I had the pleasure of visiting Insula for the first time, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Val, who treated me with Daxxify, was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. Tina and Millie were also so warm and welcoming, truly making me feel right at home! I'm already looking forward to my next visit and can’t wait to see Val for more treatments soon!
