I am so frustrated. I have called 4 days in a row to not get anyone to return my call. I have listed the everything needed each time and still feel ignored. Who do we contact and why is this Doctor in the practice. She is giving Duly a bad reputation. After 4 days a prescription, that I stated 4 previous times, does not work, was refilled just as the office was closing. Just in time for them once again not to take my 5th call. Zero Stars!

Such a waste of my time. Useless “doctor”. I came to Dr Moran to discuss a variety of immune related issues I’ve been experiencing. She ignored everything I had to say, and immediately assumed for me to have an environmental allergy panel. That is not what I came in for. At one point she couldn’t even be bothered to sit down, stood at the door, speaking in a rush. I told her that I strongly felt something else was going on and I wanted to get to the root of it, and she completely ignored me and left the room. Dismissive, unhelpful, and rude. Unbelievable.

I drove way out of my way and took time off work to come for my appointment at 10:40. I arrived at 10:43 and was told the office was so backed up that they cannot See me today.. the girl at the desk was rude and condescending. Not a good group To work with and would not recommend.

Office staff is cruel and make fake appointments just to waste your time and money. I’ve drove out of my way for 2 appointments My first apt I arrived 3 mins late and refused to take me even though I came from another appointment. They rescheduled me for 9:40 Today and when I drove all the way there, they told me I should have arrived at 9:20 and refused to take me. The person who called me to schedule should have told me I needed to arrive 20 Mins early. I wrote down the time, and put it on my calendar.. I feel like they’re just laughing at me and doing this on purpose. A bunch of rude mean catty women at the front desk

The girl at the front desk was rude condescending and cold refused to help me even though I offered to wait for as long as I needed to

It's hard to overstate caution against visiting this doctor. I came in to see Dr. Moran for assistance diagnosing unknown food allergens. Dr. Moran instead ordered testing for my known food allergens and for environmental allergens for which I had no complaints. These unnecessary tests were not covered by insurance, and the recommendations were to come back for more testing for the labs I needed that she neglected to order. This office operates on recurrent medical testing and allergy shots rather than patient care. I advise against visiting Dr. Moran to avoid a frustrating and costly situation.

I would give zero stars for my interactions with Dr. Moran. She did not listen to my concerns, ordered unnecessary and costly tests, and treated me like a child. She is not knowledgeable about food allergies, intolerances, or immune-regulated issues like Celiac Disease.

No bedside manner, no follow up, find another allergist

Really smart and great advice that made me a lot better. Recommend highly.
