It took weeks to get in to see Dr. Asselmeier, and then shoulder surgery was scheduled. I was not told what pre op tests needed to be done until a few days before surgery and was told all testing could only be done through Duly locations. A Duly location made a large mistake in my pre op testing and then my surgery was cancelled the day prior to it happening. When I tried to reschedule I was told I needed to re do labs and then go back to the beginning of a waiting list and that doctor would be on a 3 week vacation and it would likely be months of waiting. I expressed my concern over waiting this long to have it repaired and was told it would not impact my rehab to wait. I made an appointment with another surgeon who strongly disagreed and am now a week post op. Don't settle for this treatment, I wanted months and developed more issues from waiting.

Assembly line, if anything goes wrong, anything, ur fault, his fault, nobodies fault, u are now slowing down the assembly line office visits which is the same technique he uses for surgery. What a hack, amd a worse human being.

Dr Asselmeier was knowledgeable, kind, easy to understand and he treated my father with a level of respect that I have struggled to find for my dad recently. The staff around him was also kind, knowledgeable, gentle, excellent at communicating, cheerful and clearly loved their job. My father was treated so well and I have so much hope for reducing his pain and improving his life. Thank you all so much.

Would never go to this doctor again. Worst experience ever. Total knee replacement and five years later nerves aren’t healed. Lost so much quality in my life due to this surgery. Little info was given to me about long term side effects and the doctor just wants to do his 30 surgeries a day, send his aide to visit you in the hospital and provides zero follow up and care.

I am posting this on behalf of a friend. My friend had rotator cuff surgery when she should not have had it b/c she had arthritis throughout shoulder area. The rotator cuff was done elsewhere by another Dr. Rotator cuff tore again during PT & her Dr told her nothing else can b done. She had zero use of her arm. I begged her to see Dr Asselmeier, she did & he did “reverse shoulder surgery”. She is 100% pleased & total use of her arm solely b/c of this Dr.

Doctor Asselmeier is Great, I had a total knee replacement. He has a great care of his patients in his care. He has a awesome staff that he has hired that take care of his patients. Any questions are answered, even give me his cell number in case of problems. Have had many people comment on my knee, how great I get around , and how well it appears. Have already told others to use his services if they need a knee replacement!

Dr. Marc A. told me I couldn't have a missing meniscus-disc. That I came in wit Dr. Marc A. - Met him. I gave him my history: I had a cadaver ACL replacement and a removed meniscus disc due to an accident I experienced nearly 30 years ago. I made an appointment to see if anything was available for the meniscus all these years later. He said he was certain I didn't have a removed meniscus and that there is nothing out there to help with it. He also said I came to see him with a Preconceived notion. I will never see him again for anything. What a waste of office visit fees.
