Dr. Kungle is a good doctor in the sence she will work with you as best to her knowledge, however in the case of a health issue that is not clearly apparent and out of her scope, she needs to have a better referral to specialists. I felt hung out to dry and did my own researching of local specialist doctors which is a daunting task when one is ill and troubleshooting their own symptoms to find a specialist

Dr Kungl is the gentlest, most personable, most competent, most compassionate primary doctor I have ever had. She has a busy schedule, but she makes you feel like you were the one patient that really matters. She had successfully resolved my numerous health issues over the years. She’s also the only doctor I know who answers emails herself, never via a nurse. She cares that much! I had had numerous primary physicians before, including 2 very good ones, but Dr Kungl tops them all!

Dr. Kungl has been my PCP for 5+ years and unfortunately my overall experience has been poor. I do not feel Dr. Kungl genuinely cares. She refers out for almost all health issues/concerns, and could not act more dismissive during office visits. Office visits are not cheap (depending on your insurance, of course), so it's rather disappointing to pay for a visit where Dr. Kungl is as helpful as Google and shows little care or competence.

Dr. Kungl is pretty good in terms of how well she seems to listen and do her best. I like her and would recommend her to family and friends looking for an Internal Medicine Physician.

I love Dr. Kungl!! She's very friendly, answers any and all questions (and never seems to get annoyed), and is very thorough but doesn't take a lot of time. She works some Saturdays (which is a definite plus), and she's more than happy to make room for you if you need to get in to see her right away. I hope she never leaves Dupage Medical Group!!
