Finding Dr. Shah through another great doctor (Dr. Collander) is the best thing that happened to me in years! Dr. Shah is very knowledgeable in his field yet very humble and personable which is exactly what you need in your doctor and surgeon when you’re confused and puzzled for many years about the cause of your chronic congestion! I highly recommend him for your ENT related issues even if you have to travel miles to Glen Ellyn or Naperville IL..Definitely worth it.. His nurse is also amazing and super friendly. They both make you feel welcome and treat you well 😍

Dr. Shaw was recommended to me by my RN sister. He has a good bedside manner and explained my proceedure well. The office staff and nurses are also very pleasant. Having had this procedure done (on the other side) by another doc, I can say that this experience with Dr. Shaw was a huge improvement. Not only a better surgical technique, but I also experienced fewer side effects and a more rapid recovery time. I would highly recommend Dr. Shaw if you need a great ENT surgeon.

Saw doctor for chronic non-severe issue with my ears. Treatment didn't work. Tried to reach doctor to for next step in treatment. Several days later I called office where nurse verified message received. Eight days later, still waiting.

Dr. Shah is personable, patient, and kind. He has squeezed me in cases of emergencies, and even with six months in between visits, he always remembers who I am, my medical history, and how we've previously tried to fix my various ailments. He came highly recommended to me by a customer service rep in DMG for a reason.

Dr. Shah took the time to explain my symptoms and recommended two options. He was very calming and compassionate.

My daughter went to see him due to a growth on the side of her tongue. He told her that it looked benign and scheduled her for surgery a month later. My daughter got a second opinion. The doc immediately did a biopsy and it was a rare malignant cancer. Dr Shah didn’t seem interested and was NOT sympathetic or concerned. He should have biopsied immediately.
