Au contraire. Despite the two reviews preceding, I decided to see for myself. I found Doctor Hernandez to be quite gracious and, more to the point, knowledgeable. She addressed my problems and promptly communicated my test results. I am pleased.

I saw Dr Hernandez in the spring of 2019, for an ankle problem, I also have peripheral neuropathy. I followed her advice and did PT. I had to insist on getting an MRI, which revealed multiple stress fractures in my foot. Dr Hernandez certainly was not interested in establishing rapport with this patient. She asked a question and cut me cut me off as I answered. I experienced her as rude and abrupt. Neither is she interested in clinical communication. I brought a synopsis from a one hour extensive PT examination of the same foot pain I was seeing Dr Hernandez about. Dr. Hernandez is now in Rochester, NY, where I saw her for an initial consultation. I recommend her. What I really liked was that my concerns really registered with her. I could see in her eyes as she spoke to me that she saw me as a person and she took the time to answer all of my questions.

Worst doctor that I ever met. She was in a hurry and probably didn’t even listen what I said. I told her that I can’t walk and do anything without talking pain medication and I have that pain for more then a year and tried all different stuff that doctors told me to do and nothing helped. She just gave me some papers with same stuff and information that I already have and quickly left. No help at all! Totally disappointed. I will tell everyone about her worthless job.

While her skill is good, her rigid approach has lost me as a patient. I have seen her many times over the past year, and have waited anywhere from 15-45 min past my appointment time before being seen. I am being treated for an infection in my foot so continuing care is important. I was approximately 15 minutes late for my last appt. due to street closures from flooding, which I explained to her receptionist and tech. I was refused care because I was late...no consideration was given to the fact that I had to take detours due to road flooding, or the fact that the infection is on going. I will not be returning.

Thank you for taking care of me - your personality was amazing and personable. Honestly, don't mind the foot doctor visits anymore since I met you. Thank you for being 'cool' as they say - it made my surgery much easier. Great job!

Awesome experience...makes you feel very comfortable, listens to you and your questions. Great treatment, immediately knew what was wrong before X-rays. Recommend to everyone

Dr. Telva Hernandez is extremely knowledgeable, patient and has an exemplary bed side manner. She is a true master is her field of practice and we are elated to have found her and her staff. Thank you .

My husband became a patient of Dr. Hernandez by chance when he was a patient at Edwards Hospital. We are extremely thankful for her expertise and the genuine concern that she has for Jerry. We are patients for life.
