Unbelievably poor time management. We consistently have to wait over an hour past our appointment time before we are seen. We would have certainly taken our business elsewhere if we hadn’t already paid for the full term for braces. Definitely NOT recommended. Several times we have had to pull our child out of school early only to have him sit to wait until after school is out.

Dr. Radu is nice, but I was disappointed with how my teeth turned out and the response I received when I pointed out that they were not straight as promised. It was obvious as soon as she took off the braces that the bottom teeth were not fixed as outlined in the contract and she refused to put the braces back on. I would not have spent the $6,000 had I known this. Very expensive and very disappointed!

I've had an excellent experience working with Dr. Radu. My bottom teeth became misaligned after a dental emergency, and Dr. Radu figured out a way to restore my smile. I SO appreciate her work! And she and her staff are just cool people. Thumbs up!

Both of our sons found Dr. Radu and her staff professional and supportive in every step of the process. When we had an occasional bracket or wire issue, they found time for the boys to get in right away. We are SO happy with the results and quality of service we received! Add the convenience of being situated between the junior high and high school- this was the best choice we made!
