This place was literally a joke! We scheduled an appointment for 2:30 and we didn’t go back to a room until 430. When we asked when our turn was or were we forgotten they could just say there’s two people in front of us…for over 2 hours. When we got to the room they swabbed my 15 month sons nose and didn’t come back into the room for another hour. My finance had to go out there to find a nurse and they even said 15 more minutes. This place is literally ridiculous & the worst place I’ve ever been to. I should not be at an urgent care for over 4 hours when I had an appointment or I should have just went to the ER. Very professional staff! Did had to wait but it was very quick and competitive service once it had started. Staff was very friendly and welcoming to east out our overall experience.

Worst visit. Made a appointment. Waited in my car 2 hours to get the call that I could come in. Was told I'd be seen soon by a doctor. I waited almost 2 hours and then gave up. I'm sick and made the appointment so I didn't have to wait these ridiculous times. If they were so busy they should have come to tell me it would be a little longer but almost 2 hours with no updates is pathetic. I shouldn't have to be there for almost 4 hours Worst visit.
