Very friendly and trusted staff.
Staff was kind and made me feel comfortable waiting for surgery
Could not have been better. I had a major accident at home followed by a day in the ER and surgery a few days later. Very impressed with the care and the staff. Still recovering but doing well.
I'm not even sure where to begin!?!?! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I had a life/death cardiac event and I was brought here by the ambulance since it was the closest hospital nearby.. - THE WORST service ever! They were able to get me stable in the ER, but when I was put in a patient room, I wasn't even put on any type of heart monitor! Seeing as though I suffered from a cardiac event!! - I couldn't have ANY family stay with me overnight - No type of regular monitoring to check up on me - Various family members were visiting me and was told multiple times to leave and they were VERY strict to their 2person rule per room.. when I have close family ties and suffered a life event! - Couldn't transfer me to another hospital, I had to sign a liability to release - I talked to multiple family/friends and they told me they had family members who died here due to the negligence and poor response of the staff - Apparently it's in the Google Reviews also.
This is the WORST Hospital that I have Ever been in during my 63 yrs of life!! Staff here are EXTREMELY RUDE and INCONSIDERATE, they also take HORRIBLE MEDICAL CARE of You as a Patient! Also Never keeping you informed. I would NEVER Recommend this Hospital to Anyone, not even my worst enemy!! I Will be Reporting this Hospital to the Military to have it Shut Down for Crimes Against Humanity!!
My mom's trip to the ER and stay was refreshing and the best care I've seen in years. Interestingly, 7-8 years ago my mom was brought here as well and the level of care was again surprisingly wonderful for this little hospital (we are used to much bigger hospitals). From the ease of the ER starting with Bina to the wonderful care on Wing C (Nurse Chris and Nursing Tech Nicole) and everyone we encountered. Even the food was descent. To the follow up with Amanda (above and beyond). The family feel of this hospital was wonderful. Thank you all. You made our family at ease and most importantly my mom felt cared for.
Came in for X-ray and blood work and it was one of the worst experiences we've had. The initial receptionist as we walked in the door to the lobby was exceptionally rude and flippant. She spoke only to me, the husband, even though my wife was the one checking in, as if she was not in the room. Then the receptionist in the lab/radiology department was even worse. Rather than helping us or making any accommodations she seemed to want the patient out of the office as fast as possible. We were unaware that for the blood test, my wife was required to fast for 8 hour. By pure accident of a busy day, she had skipped lunch and was 15 minutes from the 8 hour mark so I asked if we could get the X-ray and then take the test at the 8 hour mark. I was told nope come back tomorrow, which I explained I could not do due to my job. She shrugged and repeated no. Her tone was a combination of condescending and annoyance. This, by the way, was a walk in clinic which was otherwise empty, so the extra few minutes would not have inconvenienced other patients, only the snapping receptionist. My wife has high anxiety which she takes medicine for. This is on all her charts and I attempted to explain this, and as she became upset to explain further it was a medical condition she was attempting to overcome. The receptionist continued the rudeness and had no empathy whatsoever. We managed to get through an anxiety attack and get the x-ray, but the blood work was a lost cause. And to cap it off, when we walked by, there was a rent-a-cop security guard giving us the stink eye as we made our way to the elevator, making it quite clear we should get the heck out of there. Do NOT go here. Not if you are looking for empathy or anything close to accommodation from a staff that can't be bothered. All the more so if you suffer from any kind of anxiety or diagnosed condition. The staff has made it clear getting anxious and struggling to breathe is not acceptable in their eyes. Thank goodness they aren't in the business of dealing with trauma and people in need of help.
Came in for X-ray and blood work and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The initial receptionist as I walked in the door to the lobby was exceptionally rude and flippant. She spoke only to my husband, even though I was the one checking in, as if I was not there. Then the receptionist in the lab/radiology department was even worse. Rather than helping us or making any accommodations she seems to want me out of the office as fast as possible. I was unaware that for the blood test, I was required to fast for 8 hour. By pure accident of a busy day, I had skipped lunch and was about 15 minutes from the 8 hour mark, so I asked if I could get my X-ray first and then take the blood test at the 8 hour mark. I was told nope, come back tomorrow morning, which I explained I could not do due to my job. She shrugged and repeated no. Her tone was a combination of condescending and annoyance. This, by the way, was a walk in clinic and was empty, so the extra few minutes would not have inconvenienced other patients, only the snippy receptionist. I have high anxiety which I take medicine for. This is on all my charts. As this situation triggered my anxiety, I attempted to explain this and tried to calm down and breathe, struggling to overcome this medical condition. She continued the rudeness, and had no empathy whatsoever. And to cap it off, when we were walking back from at least getting the x-Ray completed, she had a rent-a-cop security guard giving us the stink eye as we made our way to the elevator, making it quite clear we were no longer welcome and should get out. This is not how anyone should be treated, especially someone with high anxiety with a fear of doctors doing their best to get through a difficult process. People like this, in fact, are the exact reason for the fears I carry. I never expected suffering anxiety and struggling to breathe to be threatening, but it seems it is to some people. The entire night was a horrific experience and I will NEVER go anywhere near the hospital again.
if I have a choice I will put zero star at all .. worst hospital I’ve been! the ER employees are mostly rude, disrespectful, very unprofessional and don’t care about patients .. they should check all their employees… even the doctor that came to me was rude .. I dont have call light button then I yell a little bit help bcoz i was in pain and the doctor said I am shouting for no reason .. and it’s not a emergency.. BE AWARE OF THIS HOSPITAL!!! keep out! dont go here!!! Worst hospital ever!!!!
If you just need a bandaid they're good

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
