For many years, we have been profoundly blessed by Dr. Bhatt and her extraordinary staff. They have truly become like family to us. Our Golden Retriever, Heidi, has faced a wide range of health challenges—some quite complex. Dr. Bhatt brings a rare depth and breadth of training across multiple disciplines, allowing her to care for Heidi as a whole being, never just a diagnosis or a set of symptoms to treat. Her wisdom, discernment, and intuition guide her as she seeks root causes and thoughtfully considers every aspect of Heidi's life. What sets Dr. Bhatt apart even more is her deep compassion. She was aware of the significant losses and traumas my husband and I were carrying, and how that emotional weight was affecting Heidi. Working with her didn’t just bring healing to Heidi—it brought healing to us as well. We also live with a severe environmental condition that makes it impossible for us to enter most buildings. Dr. Bhatt and her staff have gone far above and beyond to accommodate this—often treating Heidi in the back seat of our car in the parking lot, or outside on nice days. When more in-depth testing or treatment is required, Heidi does go into the clinic, but always with great care and consideration for our sensitivities. She is truly a rare gem in the field of veterinary medicine. We are deeply grateful for Dr. Bhatt and every single member of her compassionate, dedicated staff. We cannot recommend them highly enough! We don't know what we would do without them!

I have the sweetest 13 y/o Catahoula Mix who had anal gland cancer, underwent surgery and radiation, and suddenly she had terrible kidney disease. I am doing conventional medicine through the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, but I found Dr. Bhatt through a friend, and I'm willing to try anything for my sweet girl. She has had 2 sessions of acupuncture and some herbs, and let me tell you...it's like night and day! My girl is running on her walks, has a great appetite, sleeping great (she was waking me up in the middle of the night), and no incontinence (we do SQ fluids every night). I am a believer in Dr. Bhatt and her holistic approach to disease management. She believes in conventional medicine as well, but her gift is the holistic help she can give our best friends! Only had a few interactions with the owner and she was the most rude person I have ever interacted with in my entire life. And people trust their animals with her? How could they? Karma will catch up to her. C U Next Tuesday. Was locating gas lines around her property and she came out screaming at me instead of talking to me like an adult. Called the police on me and had a melt down. I am not a customer of yours but think people should know how you treat others in general especially when you only have one car occupying your parking lot. You could have asked nicely but you let your true character show

Dr Bhatt has been great to work with! We have brought all of our 3 dogs to her clinic and they have loved it so far. It’s a unique and friendly environment that is completely different from your standard vet. This is the first time my dogs have willingly gone with the vet techs in the back for treatment, which was so nice to see and had me feel at ease. All of the employees had great positive attitudes and were super patient with one of my anxious dogs. I’m a big believer in finding root causes instead of just treating symptoms and that is exactly Dr Bhatts mission. She takes all things into an account as a whole, going as far as looking into lifestyle, diets, physical activity, and analyzing blood panels. She didn’t hesitate to make room for my dogs whenever problems arose which really made us a clients feel cared for and appreciated. Dr Bhatt is exactly the kind of vet I’ve been looking for my whole life! She does not over vaccinate or over medicate. My 8 year old Bernese Mountain Dog has been on Apoquel for her allergies, most of her life. Since being treated with acupuncture and OZone Therapy, she is now completely off of Apoquel. She seems so much happier and energetic now too and she LOVES Dr Bhatt and her amazing staff ❤️

Dr. Bhatt and her Team are truly extraordinary. I found Dr. Bhatt's practice a couple of years ago by pure chance after previous doctors suggesting there was nothing more they could do for our sweet Pebbles, who at the time was 12 and had a number of issues leaving her lethargic and seemingly giving up. I'm not sure what would've happened that year, but I do know that it was through Dr. Bhatt's compassion, knowledge, and expertise that allowed us to share a couple more beautiful years with Pebbles where she had improved energy and mobility. The entire Team is dedicated, transparent, uplifting, and provides exceptional care, and it was a pleasure witnessing the same care and compassion shown to each of the pet patients coming through the door. Amazing place, and the doctor is so careful and caring, I had the feeling she could talk to my little crazy frenchie. I am very impressed. This clinic is beyond anything I experienced from vet practices, and for the first time, I didn't feel on a production line- doctors in a hurry all the time, squeezing 10 appointments in 1 hour and charging you an arm end a leg for 3 min visit, in our case without a diagnosis at the end. Here, your animal will feel special, loved, understood, and happy. No more shaking in front of the clinic. She is excited to go in. We've done multiple sessions of laser for back and neck problems along with some natural medicine, and my frenchie feels excellent. We have been battling this priblem for a while, and now my dog finally feels itself. I am forever grateful and will always recommend this practice to anyone with a pet. if there was a Hall of Fame of vet practices, Dr Bhatt and her team would be first ballot hall of famers. Her support staff of Weronica, Ashley and Michelle are so personable, intentional and caring. Dr Bhatt listens to your concerns and makes decision with you, not for you. We found her a few years ago when our first dog Dexter was battling cancer. Without a doubt, Dr B and her team gave us an extra few months with our boy that we will cherish forever. Once we foster failed with our dude Casper, we didn't hesitate to make Dr B our primary care doc. We live in the city and make the trip to see them, its 100% worth it.
