I wish I could give a better review. I started the process in May 2019 with Dr Jeelani which is great and the only reason why I am still going through this process with Vios.The appointments are easy to get, but the communication is not great. Everything is done via the portal and if you fail to read it you could be in trouble very quickly. I asked to get a phone call instead of an email via the portal.I also had a bad experience with one of the nurses: Lacy, she was rude and missed informed me about a 3rd shot I need to take. I asked to get a new nurse and things improved. Until.. I was not getting a call with my results and I didn’t even know if I needed to trigger that night, so I called several times to try to talk to a nurse with no luck. The receptionist: Ally was super rude. I agree with other reviews that some of their personal don’t really understand or realize the amount of stress that patients go through with this process.After 4pm if you missed their call you have no way to call back or get someone on the phone because they close to the public.I have not gotten my retrieval yet, but this is what I have experienced so far.

Very nice office. Doctor Beltsos is available if you need to talk to her. Great expertise.

I highly recommend Dr Beltsos and staff. They all now feel like family to us. We conceived our first with the help of Dr Beltsos and team and are hoping to do the same with number two. Dr Beltsos is so caring and compassionate. She takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and understand the process. She has personally comforted me during rough patches and has been a huge support. I don’t feel like a number there and the staff is also so caring and genuine. I can not say enough good things about them! Thank you Dr B and staff!

If there was a negative star, I would give that. This the worst clinic who plays with emotions and all about making money. You can't go through process before making a payment. The staff is to dependent on a portal which doesn't work half of the time. There is no personal touch or feelings. All they care about is making money and gossiping. Try going to glenview location where there is no privacy. Dr. Beltsos is NOT compassionate or personal. You are just a number to her. DO NOT GO HERE.

ZERO ⭐ DISASTER official they want just money.We started our fertility treatment at VIOS. Horrible experience! Nurses (I dealt with) were incompetent and some were very rude.

We know dr Beltsos for a long time and i have to say she is a great doctor and a great person, she is the best ever!

The doctor and the stuff, even though they believe that they know their job, actually they dont. At all.

We Love dr Beltsos is the most profesional doctor ever and very nice to talk to! After many years she helped us and now we have are son 3 years old! Great doctor!!!

All they want is just money, and they will never care about you. During the initial consultation, they spent almost entire time to convince you to go with the most expensive plan. I chose the middle one, however I was billed more than $5K, and my insurance covers 80% of all the expenses. More importantly, we never ever get the chance to meet Dr. Beltsos after the initial consultation, even though we still didn't have the baby this time. It's totally a waste of time and money.
