I have had the best experience at FCI. I am truly grateful to be cared for by such talented, competent, and kind people. The staff at FCI glenview is especially terrific. Dr. Rodgers continues to take exceptional care of me. Morgan is a great nurse. Nataly is the sweetest, warmest, most comforting ultrasound tech. I can tell she truly cares about each patient and she brightens my day every time I see her. Olja is the most talented phlebotomist and never misses a vein. And Heather at the front desk always remembers my name and greets me so warmly. FCI Glenview has taken such great care of me during such a rough time.

We truly cannot say enough good things about FCI and everyone there. We were IVF patients with a complicated case of unexplained infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss. Our doctors (Dr Rapisarda, now retired, and Dr Rodgers) never gave up on us. They are both so knowledgable, and were willing to try new/different things if something wasn’t working - we were treated like individuals, not just given a cookie cutter treatment plan. And all of the doctors at FCI (including Dr Rapisarda & Dr Rodgers) are also very skilled with procedures - they were always less painful and had a shorter recovery time than I expected. All of the nurses (shoutout to Morgan and Kellie, our primary nurses!) are very knowledgable, responsive, and caring. They take the time to explain things and answer any questions you might have. We primarily went to the Glenview location. Both ultrasound techs, Cristina & Nataly, are so wonderful. They make you feel at ease and like you’re with a friend during what could otherwise be an uncomfortable situation. Olja the phlebotomist is so great; I always enjoyed chatting with her during my blood draws. One of the great things about FCI is that because they’re a large practice with a lot of locations, we didn’t have to put off procedures or appts because of scheduling - we got to do things on my body’s timeline, not someone else’s. We genuinely felt like everyone at FCI was hoping for the best for us, and that we weren’t just a number, and it’s not just a job to them. Everyone at FCI, from the front desk to the doctors, and everyone in between, was able to ‘read the room’ - always pleasant and holding hope for you, but also understanding and sympathetic on the days when the news wasn’t as good. We are so grateful to everyone at FCI for helping us on our journey to expand our family!

Horrible service, they are truly just there for the money and do not care about your feelings or if you have a baby. They will also charge your credit card, not send things to insurance, and are not supportive when you call to discuss billing issues. Going to a fertility clinic is already stressful enough but they have just made it worse.

The front desk are always friendly and welcoming. Arianna and Kat have personally performed services on me and they are always so kind, gentle and thorough when walking me through the process. Thank you!

Nataly and Olja are amazing!! They keep me so calm and made me feel comfortable during every visit. Dr Martini and her resident were so professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else if you’re struggling with infertility. Thanks to Nataly and Dr Martini I finally have some hope in becoming a mom one day.

I am beyond grateful to Dr Allison Rodgers for making this seemingly impossible mission of conceiving possible. With stage 4 endometriosis, blocked fallopian tubes,hypothyroidism it seemed like impossible. But Dr Rodgers left no stone unturned to make our dreams come true. RN Amanda Sherin was always by our side with her swift responses and addressing all our concerns without fail. Phlebotomist Olga was extremely friendly and highly skilled with the blood draws. Ultra sound techs Christina and Natalie are very warm ,gentle and skilled. All the reception staff are cordial and always ready to help. We are very grateful to entire team of FCI for supporting us with the best possible care. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful experience at FCI Glenview 2x now! Dr. Rodgers was wonderful to work with - she listened to me, answered all of my questions, and it felt like a true partnership to get to the goal we hoped for! Amanda was my nurse and she was so kind, communicative, and patient with all of my questions! I also need to should out two of the kindest, warmest, and most wonderful ultrasound techs - Christina and Natalie! I truly felt they were rooting for me the whole time!! They made all of the early appointments so much more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone!

Christina has been such a wonderful part of my experience at Fertility Centers of Illinois. She is incredibly kind, caring, and thorough, always taking the time to explain everything and make me feel at ease during each visit. I especially appreciate how attentive and compassionate she is—it truly makes a difference. She was also my ultrasound tech a few years ago when I was trying to conceive my daughter, so it’s really special to be working with her again. I’m so grateful to have her support through this journey once more.
