The very best experience I have had in a long time! Received Juvederm lip filler and when I say Dr B knows what she is doing!!! My lips are fabulous! Best fill I’ve had in years. Threw a little Botox in to add the lip flip - the prices are the best in the Chicago land area, They have different plans & packages! She doesn’t pressure the upsell…she just informs you of her recommendations. Highly recommend & will be returning!!! 💯

I would not recommend anyone to come here for any laser treatments. This was the most unprofessional, unethical med spa I have ever been to, and I have been to many over the past 15 years. For starters I am a Nurse Practitioner and I have had at least 6 laser treatments done in the past, and their Halo laser was by far the worst laser treatment I've had. I have had zero of any of the promised results that Stan said I should expect. My $1,300 Halo laser treatment was a little over 6 weeks ago, probably 7 weeks now. From the moment you walk into their med spa, they are trying to sell you a line of products that Stan and his wife developed and sell for a few hundred dollars. After I listened to his sales spiel on their product line, I politely declined. Next I was warned at least three, if not four times that if I didn't buy their line of products for $350 and something went wrong with the laser treatment, they would not be held responsible? For one, that doesn't even make sense. But again, I would have to explain the basic do's and dont's of what the person should avoid, which is basically sunscreen with a chemical formula, or component, the need to apply a heavy moisturizer and barrier for protection, and lastly, when you can start going back to using your facial products that have chemicals, alcohol, etc. So when Stan tried to scare me about what might happen if I don't buy their product line, I should have ran for the door at that point. Unfortunately I stayed and then was brought into the actual treatment room, where then, another young gentleman Nick came in to try to sell me on their products a second time. fast forwarding, I ended up being there for 3 1/2 hours, for what it should've been a 45 minute procedure, an hour at the most. Stan then applied a numbing cream, which is some thing I've had a half a dozen times in the past it only takes 10 minutes. Definitely not more than 15 minutes to take the fact, and he told me it had to be on my face for a whole hour before he could start the laser, all to make it sound like it was going to be such an aggressive laser, treatment, when, in fact, it was the complete opposite. I also explained to Stan that I was looking for a CO2 laser treatment, like the one I had had in the past that I had great results with. Stan reassured me that this laser was equivalent to the CO2 and that I would get the same results., I later did more research, and found out otherwise. He then had me send pictures in for the first 4-5 days to show post procedure, what my face looked like in the healing process. which only the following day did I have some redness, and nothing more. With a CO2 laser, you have quite a bit of significant damage to not only the outer epidermidis, but the deeper epidermal tissue due to the intense heat level that the laser emits which results in the formation of new collagen. With a CO2 laser tx., in one to two weeks, you see a pretty significant amount of improvement and then you continue to see the improvement over the next 3 months. but for the first week, it looks as if you have a horrible sunburn, and after day three, your top layer of skin will start to peel and flake off. This pathetic halo laser treatment did none of this. Their laser machine actually looked quite old and outdated. I then reached out to Stan to explain. I had no visible results, and that I was not happy with the outcome of the treatment. Stan, then proceeded to tell me I didn't follow protocol and I didn't come in on the seventh day after my treatment? I then proceeded to tell him that I would only come in on the eighth or ninth day, if he would agree to give me a second treatment when he saw that I had no results after the 4 to 6 weeks. He then sarcastically texted me, "Sure you can come in and get another laser Tx. for $1,300 lol. I then told Stan that there was no way I would ever come back for any type of treatment, especially for another laser treatment and pay for it ! I then told him he was extremely unprofessional, and it was unethical to charge me $1300 for a treatment that did absolutely nothing, and pointed out to the fact he was not even willing to see my results. Stan then proceeded to threaten me, saying he will contact his lawyers, and they will be in contact with me, if I reach out to him again. It was quite insulting that they thought that threatening me with an attorney would stop me from putting an honest review online, so that no one else wil get taken advantage of for $1300, or even more money! Horrible experience, and a complete waste of $1,300 !!!

This is a very professional medical group that does not make false claims and guides you through the options very realistically. I am a repeat customer.

Came in with a Groupon planning on a singular visit, but after the incredible service I will not be going anywhere else. Halo staff hold a deep knowledge of products and treatments that would work for each clients unique needs. The customer service is above and beyond. Would highly reccomend.
