From the moment I arrived I met with warm professionals. Toni at the reception desk was efficient friendly and helpful. Diana the nurse practitioner who cared for me was excellent. I feel very fortunate to have found IVX after my insurance wanted my treatment to be moved out of a hospital setting It’s close to my home and has private comfortable rooms. I’ve been there once and am happy to know I’m going back.

The infusion clinic makes the process of getting an infusion as peaceful and calming as it possibly can be. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming. The staff could not possibly be any kinder. All the nurses who administer the IV are caring and competent the process is easy and painless and I have never even had a mark on my arm after leaving. All appointments are taken on time. The private rooms with TVs reclining chairs and blankets add tremendously to the quality of the overall experience. They even provide snacks I had been dreading starting infusion therapy but now find myself looking forward to my appointments. I get away from the chaos of my life for a couple of hours and get to relax in a quiet and calming environment.

From the moment I’ve walked in I felt very comfortable and confident about the place. Tony was very courteous and helpful in guiding me with the paperwork the nurses were great specially Nora and Maria .Coming to check on me every 15 minutes.The facility doesn’t feel like a medical place rather a living room personal big screen tv reclining chair coffee drinks...Very impressed. My infusions at IVX are very enjoyable. The staff is excellent. The facilities are comfortable clean and well maintained.My only gripe is the entertainment available. They recently got rid of their Comcast service which is understandable due to the expense. However if that’s the case they could at least get a ChromeCast for each room allowing patients to stream their own entertainment options and memberships from their devices to the in room TVs.That is why I downgraded my review from 4 to 3 stars.

I highly recommend IVX Health Infusion Center for your infusion needs The staff is friendly efficient and highly competent The moment you enter the facility you feel welcome and at ease. My time spent there always feels like a mini retreat. Comfy seats tv water friendly staff and a relaxing environment
