My husband and I were looking for an LGBTQIA+ doctor and have been patients of Dr Natkin for 3 years or so. He’s a wonderful primary care physician who listens and makes sure that I understand everything about my care. He’s patient and thorough. I always feel well cared for by him and all his office staff. We’re very happy we found him. 5 stars.

Fantastic Doctor. I just moved to IL from AZ and I did not think I could ever replace my Old time Dr . Dr Natkin has exceeded all expectations and I could not be happier!

I've been seeing Dr. Natkin for about 15 years now. Honestly, he's the best doctor I've ever come across. Smart, considerate, caring. He's got a fantastic bedside manner and explains everything to you without all the jargon that most doctors throw your way.

Just a note, this doctor is not an optometrist, he's a primary health provider that operates out of Glenbrook Hospital. Dr. Natkin DO, not, OD.Dr. Natkin is a very good doctor who combines competence with promptness and a good bedside manner. I am not at all at an age where I need constant doctor visits, but when I did need to come, he and his staff always did a good job.I've only experienced one time where I was seen far beyond my appointment time. Generally you will be seen around the time you've signed up for. He did a good job treating me, so no complaints there. I've met doctors who think they're too good to spend time talking to their patients, this is definitely not one of them. He won't bullshit around, but he also has an appreciation for the anxiety most people have when it comes to health issues. The staff in his office is friendly and professional. The waiting room is clean and orderly.
