Dr Saigal is absolutely wonderful - I’ve been seeing her the past 5 years and have zero complaints. She is thorough - takes her time with you to address your concerns - and seeks to understand your holistic health. She is caring, pointed with her recommendations, understanding that you may have a different point of view and is quick to respond on the Northshore app. I actually moved and drive 45 mins just to see her, which sounds crazy given I have multiple Drs within 5 miles of me. She is my go-to and I highly recommend.

Don't listen the patient needs. I was waiting in a room over an hour and she didn't listen what I was saying and she unknowledgeable as a doctor. I strongly don't recommend this fake "doctor".

Went in for a myriad of issues, from supplement questions to anxiety to IBS. I found Dr. Saigal incredibly helpful and I am hopeful her family practice will open up so we can ALL see her! She took quite a bit of time with me.

She should not be a doctor as she lacks lots of knowledge and not professional at all. I would not recommend this person as a doctor.

I went to this doctor for birth control, and requested the depo provera shot. I wasn't told by her that because of my history of depression and anxiety depo was not recommended for use. She told me the side effects were 3-5 pound weight gain in 3 months. Dr. Pooja Saigal was wrong! I am still experiencing horrendous side effects. She would not believe my symptoms were caused by the shot. She knew nothing of side effects or how long the drug is in your body- up to two years, not three months. Beware of this uneducated doctor in the field of birth control. She acts like she knows everything when in fact she doesn't. I don't trust her and was offended when she was cold and calculated in her "solution", find a new doctor to complain to. I now suffer from debilitating effects that have made living life impossible. I would do anything to get my period back and not be fatigued, constipated, weak, pained in my joints, etc. I hope she doesn't misinform anyone else. Obviously she is clueless.
