We had an excellent experience at Vios working with Dr. Louden. We did 3 IUIs and 1 round of IVF and are pregnant with our first. We did 2/3 IUIs with another provider. We felt that the Glenview office was the best. The front office staff was very caring and we felt like we got the attention we needed. While at times it felt like we were getting shuffled between nurses and that was difficult. However, we recognize that there is a nursing shortage currently and we would experience that at any clinic. We went to Vios because it was one of the few clinics that was covered by our insurance however we would fully recommend using Vios to grow your family.
