I have been seeing this doctor for about 2 1/2 to 3 years. The doctor makes jokes and makes light of your concerns. His nurse is rude and everytime I called to get my results I get the run-around. Several times I ended up going to the ER in a neighboring state because I could not reach my doctor and my condition worsened. There was a situation where the diagnosis was correct but the treatment I was told to follow was incorrect. My health is important to me and I feel that it should be important to my provider. I will not be going back to Dr Hseih. He has lost a patient!!!!!
