Dr. Han has taken excellent care of my boys for several years now. She has a warm demeanor and it's clear that she genuinely loves working with children. We've consistently had positive experiences with Dr. Han, Dr. Karthik, and the rest of the pediatric staff at the McKinley Health Center.

Phone wait times are ridiculous, and it’s hard to keep track of anything even whenever she’s supposed to take care of things, concerning medicine, etc. We’ve gone to this establishment for years with no previous issues but, pretty sure we’ll be signing our kiddo up at another pediatric office after this incident.

Very rude and does not listen to parent concerns. Always pushes things that don't need addressed(like my son's height because he's too tall for his age) and ignores things that really need to be looked at like his inability to breath most nights and his high blood pressure.

Very rude, too focused on vaccinations and not the child. Got an attitude and didn't want to see my child anymore because I refused to vaccinate after 4 months.
