Terrible bedside manner. Went in for a well baby visit with my petite 3 year old. She actually asked me if there were any "dwarfs" in my family and accused me of not feeding my child. I walked out in tears. Worst experience with any doctor I've ever had. My child is healthy, eats lots of healthy foods, but is simply on the petite side.

Would never recommend this doctor. She turned our lives upside down with a misdiagnosis of my then 3-month old son in 2011. Was not supportive of my attempt to breastfeed because a 5-ft tall woman with newborn twins couldn't possibly keep up with demand. I mistrusted this woman from the moment I set foot in her office.

I love how Dr. Mann interacts with my kids. She takes time to listen to them and get to know them. When we experienced a health crisis with one of our kids Dr. Mann was a great advocate and helped us get the best care possible for our child.

Very very poor service by staff, and physician. The staff looses records, referrals, specialist faxes and does a poor job on overall service. We have so few pediatricians in the area of grayslake, lake county that we have no choice but for ease and convenience we go back to same Dr.

Shelly Mann has been our pediatrician now for six years. She is an OUTSTANDING physician! She is caring, listens and will always err on the side of caution and common sense when it comes to health care for your child. She is friendly, warm, and treats our three boys with courtesy and respect. I would HIGHLY recommend her!!
