I was able to get my son an appointment for the next day. The online scheduling was very easy. The office staff and doctor were friendly. His condition was addressed and cleared up quickly. I wish we would have gone earlier.

After having my issue to the extreme for a week, going to a regular doctor and two trips to the ER, I am so glad that I found this office. From the moment I called to make the appointment, which they were able to get me in same day while my other dermatologist office had me waiting a month, to the check in, the nurse and then Dr. Dubin, this office was fantastic. They knew the severity of my problem and they knew they needed to help me get better as quickly as possible. It was such a relief to finally have people who knew what they were talking about and it felt great to hear that they knew exactly what was going on and that they were going to fix me all up and not to have to hear probably again. I was distraught and was at a loss but walking out of this office knowing what the problem was and being treated, I was finally hopeful and able to breathe again. I am so happy I went to this practice and will be a patient for life! From the first call to the intake to the doc, I was so very pleasantly surprised with the level of care and attention provided. I felt like Dr Dubin listened to my concerns and took time to provide answers and information to help me feel like an informed patient.
