Dr Baker has been my PCP for many years and our relationship has positively grown along this time as I've gone through a few life stages already. She is very respectful of her patients, sincerely interested in their well-being and fully invests her time and energy accordingly. I also like her because when you have an ailment, she doesn't first whip out the prescription pad to address symptoms. If there is a less extreme way to treat an issue, she will always present all the choices so that you can make an informed decision. So for example, if your cholesterol levels test high, she will initially review your diet, lifestyle choices, and family history - and offer prelim suggestions as to what can be done before writing a prescription. If those suggestions still do not yield desired results - or you decide to go straight for meds, next choice is medication, with coinciding lifestyle changes (overweight, smoking, alcohol, etc.) for ideal results.

She's my long time PCP, and I can't imagine going to anyone else. She's personable, very knowledgeable, and although she practices Western Medicine, she does augment her medical recommendations with dietary changes and the use of supplements. Because she is very well regarded, it can sometimes take a few weeks before getting in to see her, however for urgent matters her staff will make every effort to get you in sooner.

I would not recommend this doctor. While she sounds caring and interested in her patients, when there is a concern she is not at all responsive. I have now experienced this on a few occasions...one time she came off sounding sarcastic, and I figured maybe she was just having a bad or busy day. The most recent involving a HIPPA violation with my daughter, who is a minor. I tried to give her the benefit of doubt and have left several messages expressing my concerns, hoping to clear up what she did wrong and understand why she did what she did...it's been over 2 weeks and no call back. Extremely disappointed.

Doctor Baker is the best. She has been mine and kids family doctor for about 12 years now. She really cares for you, very compassionate, she listens and gives you different of holistic options before starting you on meds. Excellent customer service!!!
