We had an appointment at 4 with Dr.Plowgian in the Gurnee office. I pulled my daughter from school at 3.15 to get there. Due to traffic we were delayed. I called and asked if they would still see us or should reschedule. They told to come if I will make it in 15 minutes. Their campus had no parking signs and we ended up walking 7 minutes across the lot to get in. At the desk they tell me you are here at 4.16 PM and not 4.15, so we have to reschedule. That was the most inconsiderate and tells me how the care would have been, even if we got there minute earlier. Absolutely no care whatsoever for the patients.

The doctor is extremely rude, horrible bedside manner, did not even try to look at the issue. Avoid at all cost.

Dr. Plowgian is extremely rude, doesn’t listen and treats patients as a number. He didn’t seem concerned at all. I would highly avoid anyone going to him.

Not very knowledgeable. He stated contradicting information and did not seem to listen. For something serious like spine injuries, I couldnt in good faith allow him to treat me. Maybe he is ok with simple injuries that require less. For my health and wellbeing, I had to seek better care.
