My experience with office was fantastic. Unfortunate circumstances arose and I arrive late and they were very understanding. The DOCTOR was fabulous. Took away all my fear and anxiety. Took the time to help me understand what was going on.

He is an excellent doctor and first carefully looked at my ct scan and was the 3rd ENT I saw BUT the first to know my condition and explain it. He listens and is very caring.

Dr. Kruper is the best ENT I have ever had. As a patient of his, he is incredibly thorough and his bedside manner is only second to his knowledge. As a dentist not only am I a patient I recommend patients to him. Staff and office are amazing. Don’t think twice, you have found your ENT.

Dr. Kruper is the best doctor I have ever had! Very considerate to your needs, asks you questions, and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend him as an ENT. Very thankful he helped fix my broken nose and breathing issues.

Dr. Kruper is fantastic! He’s so funny and considerate and is never in a rush to kick you out of the office. He’s the reason why I’m finally able to breathe after all these years. Thanks to everyone at Lake County ENT!

He is a very uncaring doctor. His bedside manner sucks. He doesn't listen and makes up his mind about how you feel without asking. I think he needs to find some compassion and empathy. Did thyroid removal as an out patient procedure. Mayo and John Hopkins all recommend an overnight stay. I won't go back to him for any reason.

Dr. Kruper has been very kind and compassionate during my thyroid issues. Hes taken his time to explain every concern I've had. I dont feel like just another patient. Surgery went smoothly and he saved half which was a huge concern for me. Next week I'll follow up and hopefully that will be it. I highly recommend him. Hes going to continue to be a wonderful dr. If he stays on the track hes on. Everyone in the office has been very kind and helpful too. I'm glad things didn't go as planned in my home state of Wisconsin and I came back to my old dr in Illinois, otherwise I'd be in a mess. Lake county ENT took great care of me.

Dr Kruper was so kind he introduced himself shook my hand and I'm looking at him saying he cant be a dr hes too young. After I told him my issue he asked was there anything else he could do for me so I also suffering from the worse virus for weeks on meds he said give it several weeks you will be fine. I also guessed his age we laughed. He made me very comfortable I've recommended him to several friends. He was Amazing too great care of me..
