The doctors delivered my twins almost 9 years and I have continued going to see them after their birth. They are always so informative and never make me feel rushed during my appointments.

Staff and nurses are very friendly. Doc Idries was nice and took time to answer all my questions. Also my c section went great ! No complaints at all

Very disappointed and feeling like my time is not respected by Dr Idries Abdur-Rahman. He left before I could see him at my first visit because I was called into my acupuncture appointment 20 minutes late (no fault of my own) but I was told by staff that he would wait to see me. When I came out to the waiting room, the receptionist told me that he was gone for the day. So I rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I arrived at my 2nd appointment about 8 minutes early and I was asked to sign their new late policy sheet stating that there's a $25 late fee if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior. The receptionist called my name 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to tell me that Dr Abdul-Rahman had to leave to do an emergency c-section. I understand that emergencies happen but twice in a row? Maybe if he gave his patients the same respect he wants, (late fee policy) he'd be more considerate of other's time.

I have been seeing Dr.Idries since I was 4 months pregnant at lake county health department… I agree to see him because they told me him and his brother was the greatest in town… I don’t know about his brother but Dr.Idries is a disrespectful, rudely man and does not care about woman who are high risk pregnant… I had a bad experience since my first appointment… he kept rescheduling my appointments and I was shocked that I was set with an appointment with him again and he told me today 09/14/2021 that I had to reschedule my appointment because I was late after having me sit n the waiting room for 20 minutes… When could of let the faculty know he didn’t want to see me anymore for my OBGYN appointments… I am high risk and have to have a lot of bed rest… Not getting up and wasting my time to go to an appointment just to be turned around for no reason… It’s very stressful and Siam not supposed to have stressed while being high risk…

Been going thru menopause for some years, but not good about going to doctors as a few I've tried just have little interest in my issues.. I saw Idries 2 years ago for a check up and was content, and finally scheduled another ck up and to go over my symptoms. Making the appt was easy, with reminders and online paperwork to save hassle at office. The visit was professional and Idries was very caring and assured me he could help with my issues. Follow up in 2 weeks to discuss labs and treatment. I feel good about everyone I dealt with at this office, they made me feel important.

If you suspect you have endo, go somewhere else. There are specialists that can help better.

I've been going to Dr. I for prenatal visits. The first appointment I went to I arrived 10 min early and the office doors were still locked with nobody in the office yet. The second apt the nurse took me back and started my workup, 20 min later the doctor comes in and tells me he lost his keys at home and was running late. Both those times I brushed it off but after today I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism at this office. I had a scheduled appointment at 9 am and I received a text message at 815 saying my appointment was canceled. I called the office and was informed that my appointment was scheduled as "pending" because they didnt know if the doctor would be in the office or not. I've had this appointment for 4 weeks and at no point was I told it was pending. On top of the issues I've had with scheduling appointments, there is little communication on test results. Often never receiving phone call. The only way I hear back is to bring it up in my next visit. I've lost my trust in this doctor, after this pregnancy I will be finding a new provider.

I can’t believe the level of disconnect with this gynecology office. Left Dr. Idries a msg and still one month later and yet no call back. Waited over one month for an appointment and now my appointment has been cancelled. Now they’re telling me that I have to wait another 4 weeks to see him. This is ridiculous.

Best doctor I have ever had.
