I've only had the best experience with Dr. Thiab. She is a highly intelligent, experienced physician with excellent bedside manner. She cares, listens, doesn't rush and, best of all, provides top medical care.

Is very thorough and caring with her patients. She takes her time and asks all the questions for me that I may not have thought of. I always feel like I have been heard and received the correct treatment.

I have been to many different doctors over the years She has the best bedside manner and takes the time to explain things. Her office is often very busy but that is because she is very thorough

Very nice doctor. She was extremely informative and I am glad I found her. I am sad to hear these other reviews but Dr. Thiab hasn't let me down. I called her once to help me with referral to a dentist that wouldn't see me unless I had one. I got the voicemail but she called me back immediately. I missed her call and she called me two days in a row to make sure I got the help I needed. She is a very caring doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. Karama Thiab for many years and she is an extremely patient, caring and thorough doctor! She takes her time with her patients and listens to your concerns. The entire staff is always friendly and attentive.

If I could give zero stars I would! Terriffying to have cancer and all any Dr wants to do is make money! Rude staff. Inadaquate car. Long waits. Misdiagnosis. Anything else? I wouldn't put my life in any of these people's hands. Dr. Thiab acts as if she is bothered and doesn't have the patience or time to coordinate my care with all of the other Drs involved. Dr. Thiab you have been reported to DHS and you are no longer a part of my medical care team.

Poor organizational skills. Over the years, multiple last minute appointment cancelations. Failure to return messages. Disrespectful of one's time from office staff if you are unable to talk. Poor communication and comprehension skills when interacting with staff.

Dr. Thiab is a kind and compassionate physician. She is an attentive listener, and has a lot of respect that shows in every visit. She explains my medical conditions in a way I can understand.

Disorganized. Over the years, several last minute appointment cancelations. Failure to return messages. Poor communication and comprehension skills of the staff. Disrepectful of one's time and availability to discuss HIPAA related matters if you are at work and cannot do so.

Ah yes, Bianca. I have had the same bad experience with Bianca, who I have only encountered by phone, as another reviewer has noted. The front desk person is very professional, helpful and friendly as is the medical assistant that took my vitals. Bianca is so unpleasant that I will bring up this issue at my next appointment. She is difficult to communicate with as she seems to get stuck onto a script: she decides what she will tell you, then no matter what other questions you ask (non-medical questions related to things like insurance and coordinating with other health care providers) she will not answer beyond what she already has said. Maybe Bianca's problem is that she is not really listening to my questions. Very frustrating. Dr. Thiab is wonderful and I can recommend her without reservation. No problems at all with her and it is important to me that she is friendly. I really do not want to switch doctors because of Bianca and if my contact with Ms. B is limited to an occasional telephone conversation this will work out okay.
