Her first words to me were " My goal is to get you breathing better. " I think she is a fantastic Pulmonologist, she cares, she listens. She doesn't push you to make a decision but she does point out the benefits. I think the world of her and her Gurnee team. Rosa is great at message communications between you and the doctor. I am very very happy to have Dr. Lavanya Srinivasan as my Pulmonologist. I would give 10 stars if I could.

very bad experience. I had a split night study test done 2 weeks ago. her assistant called me and said shortly: you need a breathing machine. on Wednesday you have an appointment to talk to dr. I showed up at the agreed time, it turned out that I did not have an appointment and the doctor was very busy (I was alone, then 1 patient came). talking to 3 people, a request, nothing helped. I spent 1.5 hours there for nothing. the manager told me that I had an appointment for February 2022. no one explained my test results to me, no one offered me options what they could do. zero . the manager said it was a misunderstanding, I don't have an appointment and dr will not see me. wait until February 2022. we are just a number, not a patient anymore. I'm sorry I left with tears in my eyes and powerless. yes this doctor doesn't care about the patient. I never want to see her again.

Very caring doctor...when you see her she actually takes time and when u talk u see she cares in her eyes,unlike many doctors who dont make eye contact and feel they not listening...she listens and has a great memory....I strongly recommend her

I've had the unfortunate experience of meeting Dr. Srinivasan twice- Twice she has undiagnosed me of established diagnosis, one being Pulmonary Hypertension. I expect a pulmonary doc to understand ALL groups of PH, that normal pressures are 12-20 mmHg, anything above that is PH, AND that the level of pressures are not equal to the level of symptoms. She undiagnosed me with an AI disease, based on one blood test, the wrong test. My Sjogrens was diagnosed multiple times via SSA and SSB antibodies

Dr. Srinivasan, truely cares about her patients and takes the time actually listens to all my concerns. There are times that I walk into her office feeling terrible like there is no hope for my condition but by the time I leave I am feeling assured that I am in good hands! Her staff is very friendly and helpful. They definitely make you feel welcomed!
