I really like Dr. Thompson. She has been great with my kids. We have been seeing her for about 9 years. Unfortunately, it has gotten very difficult to make appointments with her. I schedule them well in advance and they are constantly getting rescheduled because she changes her schedule. We will need to find a new dr because I can't handle the volatility in the scheduling.

Dr. Lisa Thompson takes the time to listen to her patient's concerns. You never feel like you are being rushed in and out of your appointment time with her. She's extremely knowledgeable and up to date with current treatment options available and explains them carefully to the patient. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson and am very glad I found her.

I am so grateful I found Dr. Thompson! From the first appointment I felt like she was thorough and figured out what was wrong. I followed her treatment advice to a T and the outcome was just as she explained! Felt like I got great care from a compassionate, thoughtful doctor. I hope to not have issues again, but if anything happens to my eyes I know she will take great care of them!

Horrible experience. Doctor made a mistake with her diagnosis and wouldn't take responsibility. Long wait and rude staff. I would never recommend. One star is too generous.

I appreciate Dr. Thompson's friendliness and knowledge. She is helpful in any situation, and is very easy to work with. Her office staff/nurses could be a bit more friendly. Always allow for more time for an appointment. I have never been called in to a patient room on time.

Dr. Thompson has really made me feel at ease the two times I have seen her for checkups. She has such an easygoing personality and wonderful sense of humor which helps to relax the patient, and while her knowledge of all things optical is ovbviously vast and deep, she has such a talent for communicating it at the appropriate level. She's also very good about laying out the pros and cons of various treatment options with no pressure one way or the other. Bottom line, I've seen many doctors in a variety of disciplines who seem as if they don't know what its like to be a patient themselves - perhaps the best thing I can say about Dr. Thompson is that she treats me the way I'm sure she herself would want to be treated.
