Went back with the results of my exam since when I asked a question about it she told me I hadn’t had one. The office staff wouldn’t let me ask her a question between patients but sent a staff member to ask. I was told to make an appointment if I wanted to see her. She I did call after I returned home and spent a lot of time explaining that she couldn’t see patients other than scheduled appointments ...

I saw Dr. Greenberg to revise my prescription, dilation and refraction included. She was in my vision plan network. Normally I would have paid a $10 co-pay and the rest would be covered. However, I mentioned my mom had a history of macular degeneration and the visit was switched from vision to medical and I was charged $100, $50 co-pay and $50 refraction. When I questioned the administration as to why I was being charged $100 she stated it was due to a diagnosis of macular degeneration. When I stated I was not diagnosed she said this did not matter. Due to mentioning the history they were now able to apply the medical plan as opposed to vision. I was not diagnosed with any disease. I received the usual dilation and refraction. Beware of mentioning history as this will void your vision coverage in this office. I have yet to be reimbursed. Very disappointing to say the least as I pay the premium for the vision coverage and went through the trouble of making sure she was in network.

Dr. Greenberg provides high quality, patient-focused care with a "chair side" manner that is engaging, thorough, and genuine. her respect for the person who is her patient shows not only in her high standard of care but in her efficiency. She stays on schedule and does not leave patients waiting. She's a great role model for her profession.
