I am very happy with Dr. Saffrin. He listens to my concerns.

Sad to say , that my 1st AND last appointment with Dr. Saffrin was very wisshiwashi. I was treated by him in the emergency room in the Vista hospital in Waukegan, yet he didn't remember me, he didn't remember the prognosis he gave me, which was maybe due to my long gone kidney stones. He didn't schedule me for any further exams , or treatments , I really don't know why the heck I kept this appointment. This is besides that he didn't looked at all like when he treated me in the emergency room, , true he had his head cover but he was a lot nicer and understanding , today he was a bit on the cold side and like in a hurry. I will NOT make a second appointment with this Dr.

He save my live over 12 years. Thank you Doctor.

Surprised at review. Dr. saffron was so kind to my Dad. Referring my brother and would be very confident to refer my husband.

Worst experience ever, he is rude and he would interrupt several times when you are speaking. Rude staff. They won’t follow up with you

Was very happy with Dr. Saffrin. He seems to care about his patient's and I feel that I can trust him.

My husband went and saw Dr. Saffrin. His bedside manner is horrible. He seems put out when he is asked questions, then is very vague on his answers. I went with one of his apt. and don't think he liked that I was there. Was given 2 pills after a test. No explanation of why. When I asked the nurse why and if they should be taken with or without food, I got a dirty look. She seemed up out. Then my husband, came down with a UTI infection. He was put on an antibotic. The infection only got worse. Within 2 days, he had a fever of 103.3. Had to get a stronger antibotic from our primary Dr. Only then did my husband get better. If he has issues again, will be going to another urologist.

I want to thank Dr. Saffrin for saving my life. He will always have a special place in my heart. I can't thank him enough for finding my tumor, getting rid of it and telling me I would survive. I even was able to father another child after my surgery. I am doing great thanks to him.

I went to this office and they put me on powerful drugs. I started having heart problems off the drug, I looked it up and this drug can cause heart failure and all sorts of problems. I called the office, talked to the front desk and they said I had to talk to the secretary, however this is the problem, you can never get ahold of the secretary. She is never there to answer and when she did call back it was a few days later. It took me over 2 weeks just to talk to someone about my heart. I thought it was more serious then that. So I went in and changed doctors because I thought it could just be his Urologist. However apparently they take offense to switching doctors. He essentially pushed me out the door and said don't come back. However in a professional way. They could have just told me this on the phone rather then charging me the visit for him to push me out the door. UROPARTNERS IS A HORRIBLE RUN CORPORATION. I tried to go to another uropartner office and they got into fight with me about switching doctors. I never heard of this. What about a second opinion? Also when I was on the phone and upset about how long it toke the secretary back to me, she was laughing at me. I'm in a lot of pain, embarrassed about my condition and I have to deal with people who don't think a heart condition is serious. I took myself off the drug but what a mess. I would not ever go to these people. doctor Saffrin is the one who pushed me out the door, so diffenently don't see him.

Just went for a simple vasectomy. He said he does a lot of them. The doctor explained everything in detail and the procedure went very well. I would definitely recommend
