Be careful this doctor is very judgmental to African Americans. She misdiagnoses you, She makes you wait hours for appointments, the whole staff chilling and kicking it while patients wait in pain. Staff gossips about people and leave patients questioning and not knowing what is next. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They care for you according to your insurance plan. This physician like others in the facility brags about how her position is solidified but lacks drive or passion for the profession.

Probably the worst communication, service and medical experience I have had. It took months for the doctor to get back to me regarding my medical issues and CT Scan. It would’ve taken much longer had I not pushed for an update several times (whenever I was able to get someone on the phone). Staff is very rude. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Did not have a visit. The people who took the appointment rushed me through the process... I went to put the appointment in my calendar and saw a conflict, so I called them back five minutes later. There was no answer. I called 10 minutes after that and there was no answer (this was the middle of the afternoon). I left a message I had just made an appointment and needed to change it. I did not hear from them in 24 hours, so I called and left another message. Someone called me back, but I was on a business call. I called back five minutes later and there was no response. I got a text reminding me of the appointment, so they never cancelled it per my message. I responded to the text to cancel and the text response was it was too late to cancel... (then why ask if I am going to be there or cancel). Called the office to cancel and reschedule and was left on hold for 15 minutes after I told them about my experience so far. I dont know if the doctor is any good, but her staff is horrible!

Dr Kamran is a dedicated physician with the highest moral character. She is always quick to call back physicians and is available for consultations. We are lucky to have her at VISTA HEALTH SYSTEMS.

I am so disappointed in this Dr. let’s start by issue number 1 I ran out of meds and called on a Monday because I ran out of refills no problem I call the office and the receptionist states you haven’t been seen in awhile so we’d have to see you in order to refill I said ok but in the meantime I still need my medicine it’s seizure medicine I literally have not had a seizure in almost a full year after a few hours I contact Walgreens and they let me know that the refill was not approved so Tuesday goes by Wednesday I call back I get no where they tell me they’ll leave her a message Thursday morning I call and the receptionist goes back and forth with me as I explained it’s unfair for me to be without my medicine she explained the doctor is in the hospital taking care of patients I explained I’m also a patient and I then said I’m gonna find me another neurologist the receptionist says I’ll make a note of that to which I replied make a not of all the times I’ve called the next thing I know I’m waking up in a hospital I seized at work in front of my co workers and it broke my heart it had been almost a full year that I would have been seizure free 11/23/2020 but because I didn’t matter I have to start all the way over but the icing on the cake is while laying in the hospital bed I get a text from Walgreens saying my prescription was ready Smdh no one from that office has reached out I missed almost two weeks of work and I am still disappointed at their lack of communication.

Dr. Kamran is always very kind and positive. She takes great pride in providing exceptional care to her patients.

Excellent physician

This doctor is absolutely the worse. She is blunt and very disrespectful to her patients and family members of the patient. Her specialty of neurology, has its' medical teaching foundation in Pakistan. Enough said. excellence.

Dr. Kamran has been my neurologist since 2015, and I am pleased to have found her. She is an excellent doctor, professional and knowledgeable as well as personable and a good listener. I am glad to be in her capable hands. Sincerely, D. Stewart
