Horrible Doctor! My dad just passed away last month, Valentina was my dad’s doctor for years! I was never satisfied with the way she talked to patients very rude, but unfortunately my dad got used to her. Anyways the reason I’m writing this review is because my dad went to her with multiple red flags for her to further test him ! Like losing 30 pounds , anemic, abdominal pain with out dieting! My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer! It was too late for him! But it isn’t too late for you! Look for another doctor! She sent him away with norco and over the counter vitamins! Think twice before you schedule an appointment with her!

Dr Polyak always takes an interest in whole care and not just the pain of the moment. She takes baseline tests to monitor ongoing health and follows up with calls to observe changes.

Very hard to understand her accent and her tone is rude. You get the feeling she is brushing you off. I will never go back to her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Polyak for several years and I have found her to give excellent care. She has always made sure that I receive a response if I need to call with questions or concerns. I don't feel rushed when I see her.

Dr. Polyak is good at what she does, however the lobby (waiting area) smells like a nursing home, smells like bowels and urine. Wait times could be better as well.

I was very disturbed when "Dr. Polyak" would not accommodate me as a new patient on a Saturday. I also work for a doctor, and we make accommodations for people all the time. Just because I was a "New" Patient, Dr. would NOT see me, due to it being a Saturday. When I asked the front desk to make an accommodation for me due to my current work schedule, Dr. STILL Declined. IM STILL A PERSON. I was being seen for anxiety. Had the receptionist communicated that Dr. does not see new patients on Saturdays, this could have been avoided. A week later I find out the doctor did not WANT to see a new patient on a Saturday. Should this not had been communicated during the initial conversation? I am completely dissatisfied with this office,I will not be referring anyone in her direction.

I found Dr. Polyak to be impersonal and arrogant. She dismissed my questions and rushed me through every one of my five appointments. Thank God I later found another doctor who diagnosed my condition, cancer, correctly.
