List of Vivek Arora's Reviews
Unless it's death they can't be bothered. Called when my mom fell was in hospital answering service said the doctor can't be bothered with this nor sees patients in hospital. Then have balls to send sympathy cars after mom dies. Find new doctor people and leave Aurora medical period hospital garbage too
Several different times I mentioned I felt something in my throat. however the doctor said he did not feel anything and there was no follow-up.I also had a problem with sweating especially on my forehead and flushes. The doctor said he didn't know what was causing and there was no follow through on this. Changed doctors and it turns out I had tumors on my thyroid and parathyroid which sweating is one of the symptoms. He also dropped the ball when I complained of my ear hurting and he could see nothing. Two days later my eardrum bursts and leaked.
Dr. Arora listens and explains things, never in a rush. He remembers details and I really appreciate his care.
I have been a patient of Dr. Arora's for over 25 years. He is the only doctor that I want taking care of me. He is a great doctor. I trust him.
I have been with Dr. Arora for almost 10 years now (along with my husband and oldest child)and all of us really like him. He is very friendly and really cares about finding a solution to why you are seeing him if not there for a general wellness visit. He is the only doctor I have ever seen (my mom said the same thing) who personally came out to the waiting room to get me as I could not walk on my own. He is sincere and caring and I have never felt rushed during an appointment.
Went for wellness check up Also mentioned another problem but he did not see anything Went back again the next week due to sickness. Mentioned another problem but he did not see anything. I became sicker and went back again. Ended up going to a specialist. Actually turned out to be three missed problems which progressed.
Great service and attitude.Doctor is very knowledgable and courteous.
I have been a patient of Dr. Arora since he arrived to the practice. I am extremely impressed with his ability to treat me but feel his best quality is his bed sign manner and how he treats his patients, with kindness and genuine concern for our well being. He is honest and strong in his conversations.
I love Dr.Arora! I have been his patient for over 10 years. He makes sure you understand and always gets to the root of the problem.
I have received very poor service from this doctor and the practice. I visited him for an annual general health check up. I discussed my overall health with him and some allergies I had in the past. He wrote some notes saying that he diagnosed me for allergies and his staff submitted the claim as if I went there for allergy treatment. Now the insurance company is not paying for it as it is a sick visit. But I was totally healthy when I visited the doctor. I called the practice several times and they are not willing to change the claim to general visit. I asked them to review the notes they made while scheduling the appointment, but they had only "New Patient". And the lady there says "I did not personally made those notes". My question is how I am reponsible for their mistakes. I am still fighting with them wasting hours of my time every week.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
