By far the worst experience I’ve had. I’ve been waiting in my car for over 2 hours being told I’m next and I see people walk in and out

Waited for a quick 2 minute test for over 2 hours. I was told the wait would be 30-45 minutes, therefore I waited. I checked in after 1.5 hours and was told if I don’t want to wait I can leave, “it’s up to you”. All this followed by another 30 minute wait for a doctor to come in and tell me I should have results in 24 hours and that I’m ready to go. Medical staff was polite and kind but the wait was absurd. On Saturday, October 1, 2022, one of the staff members stood out to me and deserves recognition. I went to this clinic because I wasn’t feeling well. I had my 4 year old son with me. I had to chest x ray. Without me asking, a very kind hearted tech volunteered that she could watch over him. I came back to my room and found my son so happy. He happily showed me the toys that the tech gave him. The tech assembled the air plane for him and showed him how to take it fly. This tech put me at ease and her kind gestures showed me how kind hearted she is. It was clear to me how much passion she has for her patients. She went above and beyond for my son and I. This tech made me realize how great this clinic is. This clinic is blessed to have this tech as one of their staff. Her loving personality made me feel like a family member took care of us. This is the second time I have had to come to this location for an employer physical. I made an appointment tor 1:50 pm and am still sitting in the waiting room at 3:00 pm. The employees are telling people who are walking in that it is now a four-hour wait. Understandably, people are very upset who made appointments online. The front desk person, Yolanda, is rude and dismissive to people who are justifiably upset. My last experience was similar. Avoid this location if you are able to.
