My 16 months Daughter was patient since her birth of Pediatric Partners and She went out of country and I had to call the clinic and ask for Immunization records of her and ask if its okay to have vaccines in India. Receptionist answered the call and they didn't gave proper answer to my question. Dr Erica Dayan charged for this Call as Televisit, which they didn't mentioned to me at that time of the call. i barely spoke for 2 minutes and it wasn't helpful either but she charged 100$. Pls avoid Dr Erica Dayan and clinic. If you are charging a person who was asking for Immunization records 100$ and they might ask patients to take unnecessary random tests to earn some money

Dr. Dayan is a very caring, patient, and knowledgeable pediatrician. With 3 kids of her own I trust her judgement and feel in good hands when we see her. She has been our doctor for 6 years and we have been very happy with her care. Unfirtunately, nurse practitioners (which you will inevitably end up seeing if scheduling a last minute or emergency appointment) could use a little more training in child phsychology.

Dr. Dayan has been very helpful and compassionate in her treatment of our daughter. She goes out of her way to take extra time to explain things. She returns phone calls immediately, and does not rush you during calls. recommend her very highly.
