There’s a reason he has availability, read the bad reviews! I went in post treatment for MRSA to find out the source since the pustules were starting to show back up. He took quick glance, said he saw nothing and told me he can’t treat “outside of dermatology.” He laughed at my questions and treated me as if we were on a debate team for trying to explain what’s going on.

I have been a patient of Dr. Charles for ten years. He is truly one of the best doctors I have ever had. I, too, am shocked by the negative reviews on this site as I have found him to be one of most caring, compassionate and empathetic doctors I have ever known. He has gone out-of-his way to help me when I had a health scare totally unrelated to my skin. I have found that he goes way beyond other health care professionals when it comes to his patients health and well-being. I highly recommend him!

I thought Dr. Alix was phenomenal! I had a horrible experience prior to him and I not only think he one of the MOST friendly Derms I've seen, but I genuinely enjoy seeing him. Doesn't feel like a "doctor" appointment to me at all. I highly recommend!
