I had an appointment at 1:45 pm, I went to to office at 1:30. I was sitting in the waiting room for about 1:30 minutes. Another guy in the waiting room had an appointment at 2 pm, he raised his voice and asked when are you going to call me in, I been here over an hour now. Just to let you know it's 3 pm now. They called him in after he made a seen. I walked up to the front desk and told them my appointment is at 1:45, 15 minutes before the other guy. They just had a mouth full of excuses. To the office staff, if you have an appointment your suppose to be seen close to your appointment time, and not have to wait for close to 2 hours. Its called an appointment for a reason. The office has bad scheduling habits, you come on your appointment on time, but you have to wait for them because they have to be there for work, so you can wait because they're not the ones waiting they are there to work as slow as possible. So if you have noting else better to do with your time, then coming to this office is fine. Just expect a wait time of 1-2 hours past your appointment time. I did't have time for that so I took my family to another provider, there are plenty in my area.

Today I brought my mom to doctor family Bao Nguyen, I didn't have a appointment. I knew I didn't have one but they told me to wait in the room. I waited about an hour thirty minutes I wasn't sad about the dr, I wasn't sad to wait, but when the doctor came in the room he had a Discrimination feeling towards me. He said that he hates when people don't have an appointment and just walk in when the ladies told me to go in and wait. The next thing he did was kick me out. He was also rude and had bad manners. I asked him to please talk nicely for many times and he did not, I was upset about a doctor had a bad manner. I wish he had good manners,drop the rude attitude.

I've stopped looking for a pain doctor since I know Dr. Bao Nguyen. He is fit all of my needs who can take care of my back pain well.

Dr. Bao Nguyen and his team are the ONLY physicians who have been able to help me. I have severe back and neck problems resulting from multiple accidents. 6 fractures, bulging discs, herniated and compresed discs throughout my spine completely limiting my ability to function. These profesionals have made it posible to not only play with my young children but to actually ride my horse on occasion which should be unheard of with my injuries. There are no words for what he has done for me and my family.
