The staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable. My appointment was on time and my wait was minimal. My exam was very complete, and my problem areas were explained and addressed. I felt at ease with the procedure, also, the instructions of post care were explained. Before I left, a follow up visit was scheduled, and I was asked if I had any questions or concerns. I felt confident that I had a very good appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr Steil for at least 10 years and found that she is extremely knowledgeable of her field. This allows me comfort of mind that no cancer cells are developing untreated.

Admin, Alex, was useless, rude and hang up on me. She scheduled an appointment for services that the office doesn’t even offer. They charged our insurance and copay and waisted our time and money. The doctor rushed, didn’t even look at my husband, prescribed head and shoulders shampoo for skin discoloration on my husband’s back. Like what?!?!! We are both very confused about what happened. Do not recommend going there.

The doctor made me feel at ease and offered different solutions for my treatment without pressuring me to do anything. The tech staff were kind and told me about their experiences to help me understand my options. I will go back to this office.
