I couldn't agree more with the other reviewer that doctor Suri is a top notch doctor! For years I had another endocrinologist who fluffed me off year after year and left me on osteoporosis medicine that had stopped working. Doctor Suri took over my care and completely changed my protocol. I am doing better than ever now, thanks to her! As far as osteoporosis, she's the best. I am lucky to have her as my doctor!

I've never had such a poor experience. After waiting 4 months for an appointment at her Hinsdale location, she refused to listen to my explanation of my medical history saying "whenever you are ready to stop talking and allow me to speak I will answer your questions." (I hadn't asked any questions yet - I was explaining my symptoms & history.) Her condescending and demeaning tone told me she didn't really care about me or the history & symptoms I wanted her to know about. I skipped ahead to only the most critical info, and she interrupted me saying "We don't have an hour for this." I left the appointment in tears, having invested so much hope in this woman's ability to help me deal with my endocrine disorders. Now, I'm just angry at how dismissive and demeaning and condescending she was toward me. Never has a doctor treated me this way, and I've seen many - surely they've all been busy & stressed. I will never consult with her again and would never recommend her to anybody.

This woman is the best doctor I have ever met. She is brilliant, kind, compassionate, and patient with your wants and needs. She works with you and treats you as a whole. I cannot believe anyone would ever say a negative comment about Dr. Suri. They really have no idea how wonderful she is and how lucky they are for her to be their provider.

Arrogant & rude , walked into my appointment 5 minutes late (when we all know how long they make us wait) because I was on the wrong floor & she “rescheduled my appointment” because it was her “half day” after I waited over a month for a doctors appointment. Talk about really caring about your patients. I’ll find another doctor.

We needed a refill - you cannot get anybody from the front desk on the line. Leaving messages for nurse got no response for 2 days. Eventually we had to call their emergency page number to find out they wanted us to make a return appt. Took 3 days to get a refill sent to pharmacy. Not easy to work with an office that doesnt have a receptionist to pick up the phone.

Excellent doctor, Dr Suri is actually my favorite doctor. She is excellent , on time and spends extra time explaining my blood sugars and how my body works. Highly recommend.
