I have had good care at Duly, but one thing makes me very angry. They are minimizing restrooms at various locations. The big Facility on Warrenville Road in Lisle, for example, Used to have multiple stall restrooms on several floors. Now the whole building Has two single Service restrooms. This is not up to Code. Someone must’ve paid off the town to allow for this. People come in feeling horrible and cannot get to their appointments on time because they’re standing in line for One of two bathrooms. This makes me furious. Duly must feel that Minimizing bathroom space brings them more money. They are getting so moneygrubbing that they don’t even care how they are inconveniencing people who don’t feel well. It is absolutely shameful. I am considering changing to a different medical system because of this. If they cut corners in this way, how do they cut corners in ways that we don’t see?

Dr Anita Pillai, Is my doctor, she is the best in assisting you with your health. I have other family members, and friends that see her as well! She's very knowledgeable in her field, and if she's looking at test results, believe me if it needs attention she is on it! Very through with you in pointing out delicate situations! Her follow ups are great, and you truly know she Cares about You! I love her like a Mom giving me the best advice for life, and to take my meds following her instructions. I Thank God for Her!
