Billing is absolutely horrible. Went in for Urgent Care. They billed me 3 separate ways. Coming in over a total of 789$ wasn’t there for a hour. They billed me as hospital care. Then physician then laboratory. So urgent care doesn’t cover it. Very shady way to do business. And talk to customer service and she was snarky. Saying “that’s how we bill it and it can’t be changed”. Great way to steal peoples money I guess. 👎

I have a medical history of IBS. I told them all the symptoms were the same as they were in the past when I was prescribed dycyclamine. Said I had diaria which then alleviated my cramps which further hinted at just IBS cramps. They said they wouldn't write me a prescription unless I did a CT scan at Elmhurst hospital. I asked if I have to take any medication for the CT scan. She said no. I had to get an IV with contrast. Just canceled an appointment this morning due to feeling unwell from the contrast/scan. Hopefully I can still make it into work.

Bathroom door in reception area needs to get fixed had a man giggle the door and it unlocked the door. I said someone’s in here he then again opens the door as I’m pulling up my pants.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this office. I have seen 3 doctors and now currently see Emily Jensen NP. All have been wonderful and actually care about getting to the root cause. The reason for my review is actually for someone from their administrative team. I had an issue this week and Barbara went way above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I have never had a negative experience with this office! Thank you to the entire team!

This Urgent care was very helpful! They listened to all of our concerns and were very knowledgeable. Our wait time was very short and all of the staff were very professional and friendly.

took too long to get an appt. & then the appt. date was cancelled because the facility was closed - took several more weeks to schedule another appt. - much easier scheduling with Amita, but, unfortunately, had to change primaries because mine was retiring - has been a learning experience with Edward-Elmhurst in more ways than one
