Called for a follow up appointment before 12pm. The same phone rang about 8 times just to be directed to Vincent’s voice mailbox. Then called again to be told that the staff is on lunch so the office is closed from 12pm - 1pm. Are they short staffed or does everyone go on lunch at the same time? I have been a receptionist at a dental offices before and I never had to tell a patient that the office is closed for lunch purposes. Someone would relieve me to go to lunch. It is common courtesy to greet the caller and let the patient know that they will be transferred to Dr. Zawacki’s voicemail box and they’ll call me back. How rude!!

Dr. Jeffrey Zawacki literally saved my husband's life. I'm not sure when he sleeps or how he maintains the schedule he does, but he was always there for us, from the several times we had to be in ER, right through all my husband's long & difficult recovery. He always had time for us & the combination of his skill & compassion eased our worries & concerns. Bless him & the important work he does. Nancy & Dan Hixon

I had a scheduled 1pm appointment with Dr. Zawacki. I get to his office 45 minutes early because being the first time there's always forms to complete and so on. They were having a St, Patty's Office Party - - oh how nice!! NOT.... First of ALL, their parking doesn't have the appropriate signage, so people get their cars towed away because half the spots belong to a bank across the lot... Anyway, I fill out my paper work and sat in the waiting room watching TV ... when 1pm hits and I get called to the back - - I kid-you-not, I waited in that room an additional 20 minutes and no one showed up. I stuck my head out the door and saw no one, waited another 15 minutes and still nothing. I walk out, told the receptionist I was leaving because nobody ever came to my room... She didn't say A word... I'll see if anyone calls to apologize - - doubt it- Very disappointed!

I was referred to Dr. Zawacki regarding a debilitating condition that I had been dealing with for close to 2 years. I had already gone through an unsuccessful surgery and Dr. Zawacki was my second opinion. Dr. Zawacki was professional courteous and patient. He promised me that he would not give up on me before I was completely fixed and healed. He kept his promise. After 2 surgeries with him, I am fixed and healed. I couldn't be more grateful.!

Dr. Zawacki has fabulous bedside manners. He is compassionate and truly cares for his patients. I had several surgeries with various surgeons over these past few years and can honestly say that Dr. Zawacki is the best surgeon I have met.
