Dr. Urbanowski is a pro's pro.
Dr Urbanosky is awesome, I’ve had/ have a couple of trigger fingers that she is treating me for. She explains everything very well and looking forward to continuing treatment
Very professional office, unfortunately we’ve been there too often🙂. But each time we know we’re in great hands.
Although I've been a patient at Hinsdale Orthopaedics since 2006, this was my first visit with Dr. Urbanoski and I am very pleased with everything involved in my visit. I made my appointment by phone and was able to see the doctor in a few days. I did my registration and document completion online using MyChart. I was taken for my appointment right on time. I needed a hand specialist and I am so happy a I saw Dr. Urbanoski. She took a lot of time physically examining my hands and asking me questions about my symptoms. Then she x-rays taken which we're ready in a few minutes and which she reviewed with me. She recommended and I received an injection in my wrist which has alleviated the pain and allowed to get a good night's sleep. For a follow-up. Dr. Urbanoski ordered an electronic nerve analysis after which she will make her recommendation for further treatment. I am very with my treatment from Hinsdale Orthopaedics and Dr. Urbanoski. I highly recommend her for anyone needed orthopedic treatment if the upper extremities.
The staff was all very friendly. They did a great job doing my cortisone shot in the hand. I did not faint...lol!
Nice and friendly. Fast and efficient service..
Dr. Urbanosky takes the time to do a full examination and listens to any and all of your complaints. She explains all the options and is a very honest caring doctor. She looks at the whole person and does not rush to surgery unless there is no other option.
She repaired my broken radius almost 13 years ago and I don't have any issues with it to this day! I refer her any chance I get.
Awful experience. Please choose someone else if you can. My son was seen by Dr Urbanosky. My toddler son had a broken collarbone the day before, and the hospital recommended going to an orthopedic to follow up. Due to his pain he was not letting anyone touch him. Dr Urbanosky enters the room, spends two minutes baby-talking to my son (again, no touching), another three minutes talking to my wife and I, and we exit. Besides the mild annoyance of the baby-talking and waiting, the visit was fine. Then we receive a bill for "Fix Clavicle", and "Surgery" is listed on our EOB, along with the office visit charge. Despite our objections that this is clearly a mistake we have gotten nowhere. Hundreds of dollars of overcharging, and we either pay up or take the hit on our credit for standing up. It's been months now, and I'm done fighting this. Very frustrated with their charging for services neither rendered nor received. Again, an awful experience.
had shoulder sugery done by Urbanowski. within months all the hardware came loose. I required 2 additional surgeries to remove every thing she had done and a total shoulder replacement stryker implant. The previous statements are facts. The following is an opinion. If you see a guy walking out of a B-rated horror movie and he says don't buy a ticket to that one, He's probably trying to do you a favor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
