Well I was told to drop off my med records n march and now it the end of June and I called to find out what happened to my request for pain management .with my previous injury Dr who works there in Hinsdale come to find out they won't accept me I was told after I called about my records being left for months with no. Call BK I was told they don't medicare or Medicaid.....months of waiting thanks Great staff ..what a joke
Disorganized, rude manager, unprofessional staff
The staff has quite a few new people and they are very nice,. Jessica the Np is great, really nice ,fun and easy going.
I was seeing these doctors for years and while most everyone that worked there were nice they were also very unprofessional. There is so much I can say about them it’s crazy. I was on a high dose for years and talked to them about lowering my dose and wanting to get off all my medicine. I always felt they didn’t listen to me. There was only on Doctor that ever truly listen to me and see left after one year. The Doctors don’t last more than six months most of the time. They instead wanted me to get shots in my back. Not interested I hate needles. They wanted me to get an MRI on my back which I did then at every visit asked about my results. It took them one year to get them and it was on Christmas Eve and I had to call and get the results for them. They never helped my get off the meds I did that on my own. I left them because they told me that if I didn’t get a shot in my back then they would have to refer me back to my primary care doctor. I never went back. Two months later they had the nerve to send me a bill for visits that happened two years before I stoped going to them. The bill was for 750.00 dollars. Mind you I never saw a bill in all the years I was going there now I get this bill out of nowhere. No way! I called an complain and didn’t have to pay it. The fact that they tried to bill me for co pays and things I could prove I paid and things I never had paid for in the past was just nuts. I would NEVER REFER ANYONE. There……… so glad I don’t wast my time there anymore. Best of luck to anyone going there.
I have going here for years and never had a problem. They have been very good to me and the office people are wonderful!!!
I have been coming here for a while now and have nothing bad to say. The doctors and staff at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend coming here
Great place girls at the front desk Marcy and Jackie togheter with dr. Mohammed memon are been really helpfull and very clean environment and they comply with all covid 19 regulations 100% reccomend
Hands down the worst experience of my pain journey. Which is sad to say because Dr Rosania, who sees patients out of this location, seemed like a genuine person. On my initial appointment it was suggested I try one of a new medication here and there while still taking my normal pain medicine. When I saw the scripts they were written in a manner as if I was to take them like that immediately no matter what which was rather alarming. Especially since the new medication was 3x stronger than the previous. After trying it for a few days the migraine like headaches and drowsiness were too much to deal with. I couldn't work like that and sleeping 14hrs everytime I took the med wasn't doable. For 3 weeks I left messages, jumped through hoops, and dealt with loads of pain because I couldn't get my doctor on the phone. I'd always get an excuse or was told some test needed to be done first etc etc. Well, even after doing all of that I was met with a remark saying I didn't take my med as instructed and a load of other junk. I'd like to think this was entirely due to the ridiculous unprofessionalism of the staff and not Dr Rosania but I have yet to speak to him personally on the phone again. Pretty sure the last gal was almost in tears because she was the only one willing to listen and caught some of my attitude due to it taking 2-3wks to get replies to sort things out. Take this info as you will but I'd definitely have your PCP on board if things fail with a doctor at this office or you'll be screwed and in pain. Many of us didn't choose to have pain issues. Life gave them to us and it sucks when many of us are treated wrong due to bad apples.
I've been going to Dr Jain for almost 16 years and I have no complaints about anything. You will always have a issue with some Dr's but I haven't with Dr Jain The girls in the office are always nice and kind to me Pain is a tricky thing and sometimes you just have to follow what they want you to do, its not always a fun thing. Move on if your not happy!
Everyone at Pinnacle Pain Management is wonderful! I receive the best care by doctors that actually listen & genuinely care. I am very grateful for everyone here & highly recommend to anyone in need of pain management!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
