This office is an absolute joke. I have called everyday for the past week about trying to get my billing issue resolved. They will not return my phone calls, they refuse to work with me. It is absolutely unacceptable. I am being charged for something I already paid for and they refuse to do anything about my bill to correct it. I strongly encourage you to look for another office for your orthopedic work or you may get taken advantage of like I did. 0/5 stars.

WOW Dr. Park was so easy to talk to. He explained my knee xrays to me so simply. Then I got injections right away and I can go up and down stairs pain free along with riding my bike again. I think the thing that stands out, besides being a great doctor, is he has a human side. We talked about horses and dogs and never seemed disinterested in a regular conversation while providing me with great relief. He puts the care in care provider. I really want to thank him.

Dr. Park is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. My 14yo son broke his collar bone and Dr. Park saw immediately the importance of placing a plate on the collar bone. My son had a 28mm height separation with 6mm over lapping of the two halves of the bone in under a week of the break. From what I read, my concerns lie in his long term physical and mental health. I did not want my son to grow up with a drooped and/or shortened shoulder. Something like that can have a bigger impact on him psychologically than physically and Dr. Park agreed. He saw him on the day I called and had him in surgery two days later. I’m glad I found Dr. Park through a mutual friend and had him as an option versus the other doctor I had taken my son to. I good to get a second opinion, or even a third if a doctor is reluctant to address your needs. I highly recommend Dr. Park.

The staff was very accomodating. My discussion / assessment with Dr. Park as to the progress ( post surgery ) of my right knee shows all improvement. In fact my next schedule to visit the clinic would be sometime January or February 2020 next year.

I just wrote a review for Samuel S. Park ,MD and said that my wait time was 5 minutes from time I arrived to going into his office with his assistant. YOU PUT ONE HOUR. THAT WAS NOT CORRECT
