Called on Friday, line doesn’t ring, called today line doesn’t ring. Only leaving 1 star until fixed, unsure if it’s something the office knows about or if its a new number.

I am extremely crushed by how things worked out. I loved this doctor. I was so so hopeful but unfortunately some people’s ego get in the way of a bigger picture and I don’t think they realize that they are messing with people’s hopes and dreams. It’s terrible when staff members ruin it for the patient. They absolutely know what I’m talking about. I was also told that I wouldn’t even be able to come for an app if my insurance wasn’t accepted there. A year later I find out they weren’t in my “program” and they send me a bill for 3,000 and refuse to send any more info to the insurance company with reasons why tests were done. The doctor is awesome but the staff. No go!!

I am so blessed to have found HCR. Everyone in that office is an angel sent from God. Dr. Hickey makes sure he explains and you understand everything. Within the first six months of visiting them I became pregnant.

Dr. Hickey and the entire staff were so pleasant to work with during such a stressful time in our lives! We are so thankful to them for helping us have another little daughter to love.

The staff at this office, Dr. Hickey, the nurses and nurse practitioners and the office manager Victoria go above and beyond to make one of the most difficult journeys bearable. They are kind, attentive, and value each individual on a case by case basis. They help make dreams into reality for couples facing infertility. We were blessed to have five children utilizing their medical expertise and care!

Dr. Hickey and the entire HCR team are wonderful! They provide individualized and top notch care to all of their patients. Th entire HCR team takes the time to get to know you. Without them and Dr. Hickeys impressive surgery skills for my endometriosis, our IVF cycle would not have been successful. Thank you to the entire team!

Dr. Hickey and his staff are absolutely amazing! Dr. Hickey has a great bed side manner which I personally loved. They listen to all your needs, wants and concerns and are always available to answer any questions you have during your time with them. They look at every option and cover all bases to figure out what YOU need. Every test I ever needed was done at his office, I never felt “alone” when working with them to have a baby. I always suggest them when referring a RO.

My boyfriend and I have been working with Dr. Hickey and his staff since August of 2018. They have all been warm and welcoming. I never felt like just another patient under their care. They always take time to answer questions and make sure that you understand what is going on. Happy to say that as of October 2019 we are officially pregnant thanks to this wonderful doctor and staff.

We always dreamed that our son would have a sibling to grow up with and just had that feeling that our family wasn’t complete. After many years of trying we were diagnosed with "unexplained secondary infertility." Not knowing how to treat our condition added to our devastation. We decided we would keep trying as long as we had a doctor who told us we could. Through seven years we faced countless IUIs, 2 unsuccessful IVFs, 2 heartbreaking miscarriages and a few doctors that treated us as a number. Through a favorable twist in our insurance situation our infertility quest led us into the doors of the Hinsdale Center for Reproduction, where Dr Hickey assured us that we could get pregnant. We patiently made it through tests, blood draws, ultrasounds and surgeries. Dr Hickey and his team worked with me and listened to my body. Finally our dream came true and we had our second son! And not long thereafter we were blessed with the best surprise - our daughter! Both are a credit to HCR's diagnosis, treatment and “explaining the unexplained.” Our family is forever grateful to Dr Hickey and his staff for not giving up on our dream!

No compassion and engagement for patient who are trying to get pregnant. They want to just use and exploit your insurance . Stay away . The staff will never return your calls . So unfortunate . This health care place is so broken . My wife was so disturbed .
